武富士元代表者の責任を認める判決1
新聞各紙で報道がありましたが、武富士の元代表者
に対して、過払い金の一部の責任を認める判決が
横浜地裁で出ました。

当事務所で、行なった事件です。
伊藤義人弁護士と
柏木研一郎弁護士と
私（勝俣豪）で担当しました。
あと、柳下明生弁護士も
理論面検討で参加しています。
この事件は、
社会的影響の面でも、
法律解釈という面でも
当事務所のスタンスの一例という面でも
また弁護士の仕事のあり方とう面でも
いろいろ、説明する点がありますので、
順次、書いていこうと思います。
